							Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-thioketal(TK)-Polyethylene glycol-Alkyne,PLGA-thioketal(TK)-PEG-Alkyne from ruixi.Thioketal was used as ROS reactive nano drug carrier. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are the main molecules produced by oxidative stress, which play an important role in many physiological and pathological processes. Plga-thioketal (TK) - peg-Alkyne this product has the characteristics of ROS response. PLGA-PEG can be used to prepare micelles, vesicles and other new targeted products. The active groups at the end of the product can be linked to some modified polypeptides, proteins, sugars, folates or antibodies, etc., so that it has an active targeting effect.
